After 12 years of growing organic vegetables our family transitioned out of farming, and welcomed in a new family member as well as a different appreciation for the land as homesteaders. Our intention has always been to move North, so we extend these beautiful 20 acres and our lovely, cedar log home to the next lucky inhabitant to soak in evening sunsets mirrored over the spring-fed pond outside the front door.
Vegetable and cannabis growers, preppers, hobby farmers, horse and animal enthusiasts, friends wanting to build next to each other (two 10-acre parcels with separate tax IDs!) or anyone just looking for a place away from it all with a dark sky for great stargazing can appreciate what this space offers.
Aside from the house and barn, which sit 1,000 feet off the road with woods on all sides, there is a custom-built decagonal house with water, heat and electric, multiple hoop and greenhouses and other outbuildings, diverse fruit trees, two ponds, 10 acres of tiled silty, loam soil, integrated irrigation systems, AND an artesian well.
