We have three types of management models; Hotel, Residential and Boutique. Our hotel gym management model is primarily a for-profit business, our residential gym management model is primarily a value add for the residential community, and our boutique gym management model can be both for-profit or a value add to your community or guests.
Fit will manage everything from facility design, layout and space planning in the initial phases all the way through grand opening. We will also manage day-to-day operations including staffing, sales, systems, community building and marketing. Use the Fit brand to attract the right clientele which will either grow your revenue or increase your value proposition.

Location: Newly built or renovated communities with adequate facilities that allow FIT to maximize value for residents.
Description:A studio gym focused on functional training for small group classes and
recovery services. Recovery services include, but are not limited to, infrared, cryo, hot and cold
therapy, compression, stretching sessions, massage and physical therapy. Our boutique
gyms will also include locker rooms, sauna and steam room.

Location: Strategically placed within hotels, highrises, or residential communities
