Creamy Herb Dressing
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup milk
2 teas dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp fresh thyme, minced
1 tbsp fresh chives, minced
1 green onion, minced
1/4 cup fresh basil, minced
Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Serve right away or chill for several hours until flavors blend

Does anyone know how long this dressing will keep? It seems like it may have a shorter lifespan due to the milk. Does the vinegar help it keep longer than the one or two weeks milk usually lasts?
