Kale Quinoa Salad

1 bunch kale cut in bite size pieces
1 cup cooked quinoa
½ cup chopped almonds
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp tamari
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
juice of 1 lemon
2 tsp agave
ground black pepper

Kale – I think this has to be one of the most kale friendly recipes I’ve ever tried. Extremely sweet (ok I possibly tripled the amount of honey it called for) and very quick to make. Thanks to Trisha for passing this along. Also, check out these websites for a collection of great looking kale recipes.
