From K. Suzanne's Easy Raw Vegan Salads & Dressings
Add 1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped, to 1 bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped with 1A bunch
green onions to a f/p and pulse until chopped into pieces. Transfer to a Ig bowl.
Next add 2 carrots, diced, 1 Ig yellow bell pepper, destemmed, seeded and diced, 2
tomatoes, diced, 1 avocado, pitted, peeled and diced, 1/3 C pine nuts or hemp seeds and 3
T raisins (or 1A C diced pineapple).
Whisk and pour over the above: 2T evoo or hemp oil, 2T fresh lime juice, 2T date paste,
1A t salt and bl. Pepper to taste.
